Planning and Performance Manager
Leading provider of retail and financial services is recruiting a Planning and Performance Manager to manage the marketing book of work, ensuring marketing resource and investment optimised across the group and deployed efficiently and effectively.

As Planning and Performance Manager accountabilities include:

  • Oversees process of activity planning and execution, providing clear milestones and oversight of work pipeline to all areas
  • Working with Agency Lead and Marketing Communications teams, ensures process of briefing and managing agencies is optimised and effective
  • Working with Marketing Comms teams and Marketing Analyst, develops suite of performance metrics, demonstrating effectiveness of and return on investment
  • Supports Marketing Comms teams with performance information, trends and insights as required
  • Develops and produces reports to key governance forums internally and with partners

As Planning and Performance Manager your skills and experience will include:

  • Experienced marketing planner and performance specialist with track record of working in regulated environment
  • Skilled planner with influencing skills and ability to work cross functionally across a range of stakeholders
  • Experienced in evaluation of marketing techniques and of working through others (internally and 3rd parties) to assess effectiveness

On offer is a basic c 40k-50k, 18% bonus, car allowance and benefits.
