My market leading client offers a range of integrated solutions delivered in-house that can enable an organisation to dramatically improve how information is input, handled, archived, and then output and communicated to stakeholders by the business. Solutions include digital mailroom, invoice and forms processing, transactional print, hybrid mail, print management, onsite managed print solutions, web based repositories, storage, destruction and consultancy.

About the role
A widely varied, field based role working within several sectors to develop strong pipeline and close new business opportunities. You will be required to gain an in-depth understanding of the business and go to market propositions to enable you to deliver new business sales. You will be responsible for accurate forecasting of opportunities including revenue and contribution, pitching for and winning new business. You will work closely with bid, marketing, finance and operational teams to ensure all opportunities are effective scoped and costed across all products and services. A mobile role, you will be required to travel between clients and production facilities, you will need a full clean driving licence and be prepared to travel extensively with this role.

What you will do
*To identify and acquire new leads and opportunities to grow the pipeline.
*To develop and maintain a pipeline of opportunities in agreed sectors.
*To manages sales opportunities through the sales process and to successfully close sales opportunities to deliver against sales targets.
*To understand and translate client's needs and ensure the company are positioned to identify and win any new business opportunities.
*To ensure your clients are aware of the company's capabilities and range of services. This may include presenting or performing product demonstrations.
*To draft solution specifications and calculate and submit quotations for new business with the support of financial, pre-sales and operational teams.
*To own and drive your sales opportunities through both internal and external decision making processes.
*To work with bid and pre-sales teams and facilitate scoping and business analysis.
*To draft and submit tender responses with support from the commercial team.
*On winning of any new business you will be required to work closely with transition and operational teams to ensure smooth delivery of the new product or service to meet the client's expectations.

*Ability to close sales opportunities through working relationships at all levels.
*Ability to cope under pressure and to deliver time critical material to exacting standards.
*A self-starter with impressive levels of drive.
*Ability to work with limited support to develop and drive a convertible pipeline of opportunities.
*Comfortable in all situations in front of a client at any level.
*High degree of financial competence with the ability to construct innovative bid solutions.
*Articulate both in written and verbal formats.
*Innovative with great listening skills and ability to read and interpret client requirements.
*Ability to work in a team and draw support of all other teams.
*Clean driving licence is required
