My client is an award-winning international humanitarian charity offering a range of life-saving humanitarian solutions in over 30-crisis hit countries. They are one of the fastest growing charities in the sector, and have transformed countless numbers of lives and empowered communities around the globe.

Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
*Manage social media team to ensure marketing activities focusing on Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, Flikr, LinkedIn, YouTube and others as appropriate.
*Ensure social media team manage each Social Media channel and that they are scheduled and filled with content in-line with organisation-wide campaigns.
*Implement strategy including budgeting for PPC and other paid campaigns, and support PPC officer as and when needed.
*Work with Email Marketing Coordinator to highlight best strategies including split testing and segmentation of emails.
*Support the team with learning outcomes and the delivery of the above during busy periods, leave and absence.
*Plan workload for campaigns, including the briefing of collateral required for all digital marketing.
*Develop team members and the wider marketing team on best practice and introduce efficiencies to maximise ROI, along with creating service level agreements with stakeholders in the organisation
*Create and build digital campaigns, managing online budgets accordingly, along with identifying online demographics to target.
*Analyse the success of campaigns, translating anecdotal or qualitative data into recommendations and plans for revising the social media activities. Monitor campaign progress regularly and produce reports during and after campaigns.
*Work with BAU and Projects/FR Marketing managers, making sure their service areas are fulfilled accordingly to plan and budget signed off by the Director.
*Manage the overall budget for Digital Marketing, working closely with third-parties, agencies or consultants when required.
*Work closely with the Senior Leadership Team to help build the brand and reputation of the Charity, by becoming industry leading and experts
*Monitor trends in Social Media tools, applications, channels, design and strategy. Stay ahead of latest trends in the digital sector and make recommendations for new strategies.
*Develop Key Performance Indicators and report on a regular basis.

Qualifications and experience:
*Digital/Marketing related degree
*Minimum 3 years experience
