CCA Recruitment are pleased to be supporting one of our long-time clients - an award-winning company with multiple offices around the UK. Due to constant and continued success over 2016 they are looking to recruit a talented Business Development Executive to work from their offices in Manchester.

The role is Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:30pm offering a brilliant basic of £20k-£25k and an OTE of £50k which is uncapped!

Key responsibilities:

  • This role requires an individual who has strong communication skills which enables a thorough understanding of a client's situation, therefore being able to suggest different services as a solution to aid the client.
  • Upselling to existing clients where possible, to do so you will need to be proactive in researching and keeping in touch with your client in order to promote the right service that is needed.
  • Building and maintaining relationships, taking a consultative approach as it will take more than one call to get an appointment.


  • 18months- 2 years' experience in a B2B Sales environment.
  • Have a consultative sales approach rather than a transactional approach.
  • Attitude is key you need to be self-motivate, proactive and hard working.
  • Being able to build great rapport is also a key element to this role.
