Our Citroen Burton dealership is looking to recruit a General Sales Manager to join our busy and growing dealership. The dealership has a stable team in place who achieve good results and there is a real opportunity to drive performance and results further within the area. There is a real opportunity for progression within this role as you will be supporting and working closely with the General Manager who covers two dealerships so the willingness to support in different departments when needed is required.

We are looking for a very talented, experienced Sales Manager with an enviable and proven track record of sales and performance within the motor industry. The ideal candidate will be committed to achieving excellence. You will be able to clearly demonstrate your ability to generate impressive results by increasing sales performance, profitability and operating efficiency. You must have strong leadership and people management skills as your primary focus is to lead your team to deliver their business objectives. You will be expected to drive the business forward and maximise customer satisfaction whilst motivating, coaching and managing the whole team. You will be able to demonstrate that you share our company values and possess strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
