Role: Renewals Executive
Location: Dudley
Job type: Permanent
Salary: £17,000 - £20,000

The Company:

-Modern Midlands based office
-Specialising in various insurance sectors including property owners, commercial and household

Role Requirements & Duties:

- Retain business through a renewal process ensuring we offer the best service to our customers
-Inviting, dealing with referrals and following up renewals across all classes of business
-Point of call for all renewal queries and maintains excellent customer service standards and reports ensuring procedures and actions are in place
-Targeted Renewal Retention of 70%
-Follow the renewal process and adhere to renewal script

Candidate Skills and Competencies:

-Ability to work closely as part of a team
-Previous experience dealing with renewals
- Experience dealing with Property Owners, Catering Vans, SME Business & Liability
-You will also demonstrate outstanding interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent phone manner. Previous experience of dealing with insurers
