Your new role
You will be dealing with accounts preparation up to Manager sign off stage for sole traders, partnerships and smaller ltd companies. There is also exposure to processing and submitting VAT returns and, as your role develops, some corporate and personal tax work. During this time you'll be continuing through your professional qualifications and having your level of work escalated alongside this to ensure you're being stretched and constantly learning.
What you'll need to succeed
You should already be part-qualified in ACCA or ACA/ICAEW with at least 2 years experience in a Practice environment. The right person will also be driven to improve their knowledge and personal development, professional enough to portray the brand properly and flexible enough to adapt to any situation.
