They successfully engineer a complex product that can lend itself to many applications for a variety of high profile customers, across a range of industries.
Based in South Wales, they have recently overhauled and invested heavily in their production facility; implemented slicker processes and procedures that have resulted in a better-quality product, an increase in output two-fold and an engaged workforce. With a strong, expert management team in place, their 5-year plan demonstrates ambition to grow the business significantly; through developing new products, new markets and new countries.
In order to support these strategic growth plans there exists a unique and exciting opportunity for an exceptional, highly talented Commercial Project Manager with a proven track record in managing internal cross-functional teams to ensure projects are kept on time, in budget and adhering to strict quality standards. A key part of this role will be point of contact to customers via weekly conference calls and face to face on site meetings; ensuring they are kept up to date with progress and any issues that could impact delivery.
This role would suit a highly knowledgeable and tenacious individual from an engineering / manufacturing background who possesses excellent project management skills and first class communication, influencing and negotiation skills. You will thrive in an autonomous role to lead and drive change in processes and working practices.
