M.I Analyst (Management Information)
Location: Haywards Heath, West Sussex
Salary - £ 30,000 - £ 40,000 + Excellent Benefits

Due to continued growth, they are seeking to recruit a M.I Analyst to join the group based in Haywards Heath.

The M.I Analyst will be part of a team that focuses on supporting the Divisional Head in delivering the agreed business plan and providing the management information outputs and analysis for use internally and externally.

The M.I Analyst will support the Divisional Head and Underwriter in the Management of key broker accounts and other agreed key business relationships, to maintain and develop profitable accounts, and to explore any opportunities or problems that exist.

Major Responsibilities / Duties:

·Manage the production and distribution of MI in conjunction with key brokers and the Groups main central MI function
·To analyse MI outputs to determine where business development opportunities exist and also where corrective measures may be necessary for underperforming accounts.
·Assist with price testing, benchmarking and rating library management.
·Support the Divisional Head with senior management reporting and reporting to external Quota Share partner.
·Live, reflect and act as an ambassador for the V10 values and Customer Charter in all work activities.
·Encourage internal relationships with relevant departments.
·Actively promote Group brands.
·Represent the division internally or externally if required with the Divisional Head.
·Any other reasonable duties as required.

Experience and Skills:

·Experience of accurate production of MI.
·Relevant analysis and offering recommendations for improving account performance.
·Quality and relevance of corrective actions of anomalies
·Strong analytical ability.
·Commercial awareness and personal lines insurance experience.
·Advanced Excel
·SAS coding.
·SAS visual analytics
·Web report studio
