Leading UK insurance distributor seeking a New Business Development Executive to work in the Nottingham and Derby region as part of its key regional expansion in commercial insurances. You will be responsible for presentation and conversion of new business prospects and servicing portfolios, working with companies paying up to £50,000 premiums. Dedicated account handling available as well as key insurer agencies providing competitive pricing and outstanding service levels.

I am keen to identifypeople from a commercial insurance background in the East Midlands broker market who are looking for a real challenge and change. You must demonstrate a proven track record in SME or mid corporate sales. Leads will be generated via a number of different introductions and the role would entail self-generation. Familiarity with the local business market and the ability to network in the region will be vitally important. Examples of where a book of business in excess of £100,000 of income can be legally transferred would also be ideal to secure the top salaries and to develop the role to a mix of New Business and Servicing. However proven Commercial New Business experience without a transferable book will be considered.
