Learning Service Manager

Reading

Salary to £40,000 + Excellent Benefits

Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30 pm

Managing a team of 7 direct reports

Office based with occasional visits to clients for face to face meeting approx. once a month

Reporting to the Head of Learning Services for Managed Learning Services Department

To manage the operation to deliver excellent customer service through employee engagement and development

Ensuring all KPIs and SLAs are met or exceeded, avoiding contractual scope creep or highlighting the risk of this to the Director

Regularly checking that the service delivered s aligned to the customer contract

Operational policy co0mpliance

Produce a monthly service tracker

Act on customer feedback and demonstrate continuous improvement

Approve on any deviation from the standard operating model and quantifying the cost of delivery

Attend customer review meetings

Support roadshows with key stakeholders

Conduct conference calls with clients

Managing forecasts and ensure all invoicing is completed

Managing the team and identify future training requirements

Conduct reviews and appraisals
