Package & Salary
- Salary Offered - £20,000 - £22,000 per annum
- Tips - Up to £3000 per annum
- Accommodation can be offered if required
- 28 days holiday a year
- Meals supplied on duty
The Establishment & Client
Our Client is an independent run Gastro Pub 20 minute drive from Yeovil. In keeping with their ethos they produce a menu on a daily basis, using fresh ingredients, it allows them to create an offering that strikes the perfect balance to a 1 rosette standard. They are open 7 days a week offering Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner.
What they are looking for:
They are looking to take on a Junior Sous Chef. Someone that has the passion, drive, commitment and organisation skills to push themselves further into their career in producing fresh locally sourced ingredients to a Rosette level.
Other Attributes required:
- Own transport, due to the location
- Live in can be provided
- Experience as Junior Sous or Senior Chef de Partie , whether that's hotel, pubs or restaurants
- Great Communication Skills and leadership Quality's
- Calm under Pressure with good organisation skills
- Must have good knowledge and experience within fresh food
