About the job
Your role be supporting the Purchase Ledger Manager with all areas of the department including staffing, procedures and processes. This is a hands on position and you will also be responsible for your own set of suppliers.

Main duties will include:
* Day to day support, coaching, mentoring ensuring work is evenly distributed
* Code invoices according to internal nominal structure
* Reconciling ledger
* Dealing with queries in a professional and efficient manner
* Build and maintain excellent relationships with suppliers
* Deal with purchase invoice approvals
* Preparing payment runs

About the ideal candidate
Team fit is just as important as experience fit. You'll be a team player, have a good sense of humour but be focused and hard working. You will have solid purchase ledger experience, be flexible and adaptable to take on new responsibilities and challenges.

Salary Range & Benefits
