The ideal candidate will be a motivated and intelligent graduate who has the drive to make a positive impact on children's' learning. The selected Psychology Graduate will be supporting pupils with additional learning needs and utilising the skills acquired through their degree to aid the learning of these SEN pupils. About the Role

This Psychology Graduate position involves working primarily on an individual basis with a KS1 autistic student. The responsibilities of the successful Psychology Graduate will also be to support the learning of SEN pupils throughout the school by working 1:1 and with small groups. The chosen Psychology Graduate will be monitoring the progress of the pupils under their care, working with the SENCO and liaising with class teachers and parents to deliver effective SEN provision.
