We are working with a fantastic digitally led marketing agency in Newbury who are looking to take on a Video Content Production Planner.
With 350 staff in the UK their Newbury office is the driving force behind the design and build of many of the UK's best known and most visited websites and mobile sites.
Over the last couple of years they have seen huge growth across their video production arm; using Facebook, Instagram and YouTube to carry social media campaigns that go viral and deliver powerful results for their clients. Chances are that if you've seen a punchy video online for a major brand they are behind it.

As that volume increases they now need to recruit a Video Content Production Planner - essentially a scheduler / traffic manager / video producer - to manage the workflow, organise shoots and deliver production schedules for a variety of clients. You will be asked to work closely with producers, client services and art directors to assess and manage the resources required for a complex and challenging production process.

Your role will be to ensure the different and demanding priorities of your creative and commercial colleagues are balanced and met, that practical and realistic schedules are agreed to and met, and that flexibility and an effective Plan B is always in place for when they are not.

This is a role for a real plate spinner - someone who can manage relationships, is a great communicator, always sees the big picture, is organised and collaborative but who also knows when to stand their ground and push back when required. It is a combination of diplomat and juggler.

Experience of working in a fast paced, video production environment advantageous but not essential and so a background as a Traffic Manager, Assistant Producer or maybe Project Manager would be appropriate.

YOU SHOULD HAVE
Strong project management skills
Agile or Waterfall experience ideally
Studio and resource management experience
An understanding of video, photography and post-production
A proven record of project delivery in a fast moving environment
Organised and process led
Able to multitask and spin plates
Excellent communication skills, a problem solver and an arbitrator
A strong team player
Passionate about digital

If this sounds like you,and you are within an hour's travel time of Newbury, then this is a genuinely fantastic opportunity to join a cutting edge agency with the most fantastic client base imaginable.
