Client Details

My client operates on a regional basis delivering quality the refurbishments of high rise apartment's blocks on a planned and reactive maintenance basis.

They are one of the largest and most much-admired main contractors in the UK. Over the course of their business years, they have built a status for quality in everything they deliver.

Their product is known to be at the highest standard in the Market to date and have worked with some major clients to date.

Description

  • Review design drawings for buildability and co-ordination.
  • Raise RFI where appropriate.
  • Manage the flow of sub-contractors design information as delegated y the Project Manager to suit the programme of works on site.
  • Manage performance and use the PDR process to identify learning and development needs for their teams.
  • Develop and main good working relationships with design team and customer.
  • Develop and maintain good working relationships with the supply chain.
  • Provide regular feedback to manage supply chain performance.
  • Manage sub-contractors on site to work safely and economically, by co-ordination of all trades.
  • Fulfil accountabilities within the Safety, Health, Environment and Quality Plan.
  • Manage the issue of construction information.
  • Chair and minute sub-contractor meetings and required or delegated by the Project Manager.
  • Prepare or assist to prepared weekly site progress reports and provide information required by the Project Manager for Monthly Contract Review meetings.
