Working for a modern and expanding eCommerce business this role will focus on the commercial performance of the business. There is huge scope for the business to increase its profitability and offerings, and this role strategically will assist in this development. You will also need to grow a commercial team to work with you.

Duties:

*Defining and refining the pricing strategy
*Develop stock holding strategies and tools to maximise the expected return on the total stock capital.
*Creating the commercial business plan for all significant projects.
*Responsible for developing merchandising
*Responsible for maximising the commercial opportunity across all areas of the business.

This is a growing business with a laid back, fresh ethos, with huge potential to grow. Currently with circa 40 staff they will be expanding over the coming year.

You will have a background developing the commercial activities of a business, and will be extremely analytical. A degree in Math's or similar would be essential.

You will be technical, able to create tools and reports to monitor and manage your areas of responsibility.
You will have the gravitas to influence the board to agree on new projects and have strong management skills.
