Multiple Telesales Advisor roles working for a global business based in Birmingham, OTE up to £25,000.
Your new company
A global technology provider in Birmingham are looking to appoint a number of Telesales Advisors to work in the central Birmingham office. You will be joining the business at exciting time, in an industry that is leading from the front in their client solutions.
Your new role
You will be working 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday. You will be responsible for proactively selling products to SME businesses. You will be given data to call through from cold clients to warm clients, working to close the sale on the phone ideally as well as booking appointments for field reps to meet clients. You will be set a target each month of averaging 15 deals. Working in a team, you will have a great chance to enhance your skills and learn on the job. The commission is uncapped so this is a great opportunity for someone who is money motivated.
What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience is not essential in this role, but the potential and the desire to succeed in a sales environment is an absolute must. You must be able to demonstrate a motivated attitude and willingness to exceed targets. Strong communication skills are a must.
