We currently have the opportunity for an Account Handler to join a recently expanded and merged commercial insurance division of one the largest UK insurance brokers. Your role will be to handle enquiries from new and existing customers with regards to their corporate insurance policies and maintain excellent client relationships.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a newly created team whereby you will be able to help shape the future success of the department.


Handle and process new business enquiries and seek out any opportunities to cross sell any additional policies
Provide outstanding levels of customer service and handle and mid term adjustments or policy changes as appropriate
Manage renewals of existing customer policies
Liaise with the appropriate insurance companies in order to provide the customer with the most appropriate level of cover


Experience within an Account Handling role for a commercial brokerage
Well versed in all aspects of commercial insurance
Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills
