As a forward thinking Merchandiser you will play a vital role in ensuring we are continuously looking to challenge our ways of working, to create a more efficient, dynamic and profitable commercial function. You will be pivotal in making sure Honour is the go to destination for Fetish Fashion and Toys by ensuring our range is authoritative and commercial.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Forecasting sales and stock levels to achieve planned sales and profit margins.

  • Administer a promotional strategy for all retail opportunities.

  • Liaise with sales & marketing teams to ensure activities are coordinated.

  • Provide regular analysis of product performance in order to maximise commercial opportunities.

  • Carry out range planning, ensuring a balanced commercial range.

  • Trade the range through multichannel.

You Will Be:

  • Highly analytical

  • Someone with excellent commercial acumen

  • An advanced Excel user

  • Someone with a strong attention to detail, with a logical and mathematical approach to problem solving
