Excellent opportunity for a Purchase to Pay Manager to join a global organisation. Responsibilities will include:

  • Build and manage a central processing team to manage the purchase to pay function for the European business
  • Maintain and manage expense management system across Europe
  • Manage the iprocurement process and purchase ledger process in Oracle
  • Ensure reconciliations are performed between purchase and general ledgers on a monthly basis for each entity
  • Implement and maintain best practice in the purchase to pay function
  • Manage master data for the purchase to pay area in Oracle

Skills required

  • ACA/ACCA/CIMA fully qualified accountant
  • Educated to degree level
  • Good knowledge of the Oracle purchase to pay process
  • Minimum of 5 years managing a purchase to pay function
  • Experience of working in a large multi-national and multi-currency organisation
