Internal Sales Engineer
To provide a technical, internal sales service to customers and colleagues, thereby providing an excellent level of customer service to meet the overall business objectives of the company. Duties Solve customer problems in terms of technical solutions.To provide technical support to external sales engineers and following up queries and enquiries as required. To prepare quotations to customer’s specifications using the relevant computer software and technical documentation within required timescales. Solve customer problems in terms of technical solutions. Calculate accurate and competitive sales quotations and prepare tenders, proposals, designs and technical documents to meet customer deadlines. Ensure that customer orders are entered in correctly into the SAP system once received. Visit customers if and when required. Support in budgeting and forecasting. Candidate Profile The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years internal sales experience within and engineering environment.
