Sheridan Maine are recruiting for an experienced Payroll Advisor, with experience managing and running a payroll for a medium sized organisation and knowledge of current legislation.

The successful applicant will be self motivated and highly organised with the ability to communicate confidently and effectively at all levels. Day to day responsibilities will include:

- Processing and administering payroll for employees.
- Completing reconciliations of the payroll to nominal ledger.
- Calculating statutory sick pay, statutory maternity pay, adoption and paternity pay.
- Maintaining staff pension details.
- Producing management information when required.
- Resolving queries and completing instructions relating to new starters, leavers and changes to salaries and deductions.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a busy payroll team, strong IT skills, knowledge of pensions administration and experience with the technical aspects of payroll.

Candidates must be eligible to work in the UK full time without restriction.
