A leading B2B company based in Orpington are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to take the lead on the marketing campaigns and strategy for a series of industry leading conferences. Working closely with senior management, you will be a key contact in the events success and delivery. 

Responsibilities of the Marketing Manager 

- Plan and create marketing plans for each event in the portfolio, working closely with the operations and logistics teams. 
- Track and monitor marketing campaigns against KPI's and budget, ensuring targets are met. 
- Ensuring effective delivery of marketing campaigns across email, social media, direct mail and PR. 
- Assisting the Head of Marketing with line management responsibilities for junior members of the department. 
- Work alongside the sales team to produce sales packs and data. 
- Manage external agency and partner relationships. 

Requirements of the Marketing Manager

- Experience at Marketing Manager level within an events marketing position is a key requirement for the role. 
- Experience in delivering marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels is strongly desirable. 
- Experience in line managing junior members of the team is highly desirable but not essential.
