My client are actively seeking lively, outgoing, reliable and motivated individuals to work within their Insurance Broker Sales Department.
Main duties will include:-
· Call existing customers when their insurance policy is due for renewal with the intention of getting the client to renew their policy with us.
· Advise customers when they require assistance with any insurance related queries.
· Be motivated to achieve individual sales targets which will assist the team in achieving the company’s monthly income target.
· Maintain regular contact with other departments such as administration, claims, credit control and accounts. Giving the successful applicant an insight and understanding in other aspects of insurance.
· Thorough training will be given to the successful candidates to assist in completing your duties. Courses with the end goal of obtaining a recognised Insurance qualification are available (Subject to criteria).
- Personality and the ability to sell is Key - A background in Insurance IS NOT essential.
