Regional Facilities Manager

Options Kinsale, a children’s Education and Residential service, based in Holywell, North Wales require a Regional Facilities Manager. Salary scale: £22,000 p.a. - £30,800 p.a. + call out allowance.

As Regional Facilities Manager you will manage the Facilities Team providing day to day supervision for planned and responsible repair programmes, domestic tasks and catering duties. Working across four sites, you will also have responsibility for capital and operational expenditure, along with the co-ordination projects and contracting staff. The role would suit a confident yet flexible man manager with strong organisational skills.

Please note this is full time positon, working Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm however flexibility of hours of essential in order to cover on-call duties, on a rota basis.

Skills required:

  • Experience of managing a multi-functional facilities team, ideally across more than one site

  • Good working knowledge of maintenance, ideally with a skilled trade background or electrical/mechanical skills

  • Experience of costing work, purchasing and working with budgets

  • Strong leadership skills, able to motivate and lead a multi-disciplined team

  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and work flexibility under pressure.
