Novia Recruitment are proud to be working with one of the South West’s leading independent groups of Chartered Accountants. They offer professional and friendly advice on all aspects of accounting, accounts preparation, tax and audit as well as more technical services including: Business Recovery and Insolvency, Forensic Accounting, Tax Consultancy, Corporate Finance and Elite Payroll.

They are looking for an energetic and commercially minded Business Development Manager who has a proven track record of success and results.

This is a newly created role with the objective of driving new business across the South West.

The Business Development Manager will work very closely with the Marketing team and take the lead in developing a growth strategy. They will work with key stakeholders in order to support and guide teams to deliver the strategy over numerous offices, with particular focus on new client generation and targeting potential key clients while identifying new growth areas and initiatives.

A new CRM is due to be implemented and the Business Development Manager will play a key role in focusing the company’s development activities, targeting, monitoring and reporting functions.

Experience within a professional services environment is important as is the ability to demonstrate excellent communication skills, drive and determination along with building strong internal and external relationships.
