Payroll and Benefits Coordinator

Whether working in one of our central functions, across front of house or as part of the executive leadership team we deliver a vision to share authentic stories with millions of visitors each year, remaining the most relevant group of science and industry museums in the world.
Based at the National Media Museum in Bradford we are looking for a Payroll and Benefits Co-ordinator to join our wider People and Culture function and help reward our teams for their consistent, inspiring, work.
Working closely with one of our HR Business Partners and a Payroll colleague it will be your responsibility to deliver two payrolls and their associated pension and benefit schemes for the entire group.
Providing a customer focused service, you will ensure the payroll bureau and benefit providers deliver an effective service to the Group whilst using your high attention to detail to oversee the monthly output of the bureau, with a minimal error rate.
In addition, you will also contribute towards the continuous development of the service making full use of our HR and Payroll system, iTrent, whilst improving our off-system processes.
If you have experience of a monthly payroll containing permanent and variable information as well as excellent numerical, communication, and attention to detail skills, we would love to hear from you!
