A recognised leader in the outsourced insurance management service with 10 years of experience is looking for an Assistant Company Secretary to help build reputation and efficiency from day one.
An attractive opportunity for an ambitious individual with excellent core values and skills has become available due to substantial growth. As the Assistant Company Secretary you will primarily act as Secretary to a portfolio of the businesses clients. Activities will include preparing board and committee meeting packs, providing meeting support, producing timely and accurate minutes and advising the client manager and client board chair on effective board management.
To be considered for this role you will have to hold, or be working towards your ICSA qualification as well as having exceptional interpersonal skills and relevant work experience. Desirable would be a working knowledge of Insurance but company secretarial experience in other areas of financial services will also be considered.
