Financial Divisions are currently looking for a confident and proactive Financial Administrator for a role in a fantastic well established IFA. This highly profitable company are looking to add a Financial Administrator to a great team of Financial Advisors and Paraplanners. This company have built an amazing reputation, based in stunning central offices and are offering an exciting career path for a Financial Administrator looking to expand their career.

The role is supporting a great team and keeping the firms systems and databases accurate and current. They are looking for a Financial Administrator to be responsible for handling client and colleague queries, maintain client files, issue client letters and policy information and adherence to FCA regulations. You should be confident with preparing documents and client meetings whilst also assisting with research and an ability to take on any ad hoc tasks.

You will be a Financial Administrator with a certificate in Financial Planning or a very keen interest in studying the relevant exams. You should be degree educated in a related field, have experience in an IFA firm support role, detailed FCA regulation knowledge, strong numeracy and attention to detail.
