Our Client has an exciting opportunity for an Account Manager to join their Team based in Ewloe, Flintshire. You will be on a full time permanent basis with a negotiable salary based on experience, basic salary range is from £20,000 to £30,000 + commission dependant upon experience and skills.

They are a dynamic, growing technology based company offering a wide range of business solutions including mobile, hosted telephony, connectivity and IT services.

Working in partnership with all the major networks and providers, they are an award-winning sales based business, working hard to achieve accolades such as recently becoming a Vodafone Total Communications Partner.

What you will be doing as an Account Manager

They take care of thousands of diverse business customers across a wide range of industries. The Account Managers provide customer care that is personal, it’s what makes them different. You will be responsible for a number of corporate accounts, providing proactive customer service to make sure your customers are not only happy with the services they receive but that they are getting the most out of the technology available to them. You will be responsible for ensuring that your customers stay with the business long term, negotiating their renewal deals and through fully understanding their business be able to recommend and sell additional services that will help to enhance the way their company operates.

What you will need to become our Account Manager

The successful candidate must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in Account Management in a similar environment. Knowledge of hosted telephony, business connectivity, mobile contract negotiations and IT is required - their clients trust their advice so your knowledge needs to be apparent. You should be able to quickly build rapport over the telephone, have a natural ability to ask the right questions and have a demonstrable track record of delivering strong results in both sales and customer satisfaction. You will enjoy working as part of a small team and be able to demonstrate a keen commercial approach when making decisions and building deals. You will have a full driving licence and be able to travel to meet customers when required. You will favour working in an entrepreneurial working environment rather than a large corporate style operation.
