Pay Rate: £28,000-£28,500pa

Key Skills: Care Home Management (Managing residential home)

A leading residential care and support services provider have an urgent requirement for a Home manager to lead the team at their registered home in Bedford.

The Role

The emphasis is to promote a person-centred approach in all aspects of care and support. You will develop the staff team enabling the individuals being supported to reach their full potentials. Reporting to the operations manager, and working as part of a wider team of home managers, you will seek to ensure the highest standards of support are delivered in the service. You will possess a Registered Managers Award plus your level 5 diploma. You should have substantial amount of experience in care management and possess excellent knowledge of care standards, Regulations and valuing people. Above all, you should be approachable, reliable and dedicated.
