Sales Advisor - Leeds - up to £22,000 base + Excellent Benefits + Commission (OTE £25k)
Sales Advisor required for my Leeds based client, based close to the city centre. You will be joining a newly formed telesales team and will work together as a team to contact business customers, with the aim of successfully building business and selling the products.
You will develop and maximise commercial opportunities with customers as well as provide a strong level of service at all times. The customer base includes existing clients, warm leads and new opportunities.
Duties will include:
- Working to personal sales targets, including call rates, lead generation and sales.
- To contribute towards the team and company sales targets.
- Selling the products, ensuring required Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) are achieved.
- To generate and arrange appointments for the field sales team.
- To gain information from interaction with customers to improve market knowledge
- Accurate and timely update of internal systems.
You will have a proven telesales experience and will have developed experience of sales process, techniques and optimisation. In addition to this you will possess excellent communications skills, including strong negotiation skills and verbal reasoning.
