Due to internal promotion, I am currently recruiting an Accounts Clerk to join a leading manufacturing company based in Huddersfield.

The main purpose of the role is to maintain the purchase ledger and assist on reception, answer incoming telephone calls and welcome visitors.

Main duties include:
Greeting customers on Reception
Taking inbound calls
Match purchase orders against invoices received
Setting up new supplier accounts
Dealing with delivery notes
Creating customer accounts
Printing sales invoices
produce and send out monthly customer statements
Processing invoices to the AP Ledger
Book hotels for other departments
Order stationary for the office
Any other adhoc duties

The ideal candidate will have previous experience with basic purchase ledger including processing invoices and be confident on the phone.

Experience with SAP is advantageous
