Aligra are currently recruiting for an experienced Credit Controller/Collections Agent in the Chippenham area.

Your role as a Collections Agent is based in our Clients Collections Team, within the Customer Service Department. You will be proactively chasing customers for outstanding debt using multiple methods of communication to recover monies owed to Our client. You'll be expected to review accounts and take action in line with Our client's collection processes, strategy and values.

We need someone positive and self-motivated who is able to work very closely with colleagues and other teams to achieve results. You will have the ability to effectively deal with difficult and complex telephone conversations whilst remaining calm, it's really important to achieve the best outcome for both Our client and their customers

To join us you'll need;

? Proven experience within a debt collection role balanced with providing excellent customer service
? A positive outlook with a winning mentality
? Excellent attention to detail
? Numerate and literate
? Excellent negotiation, influencing and complex query handling skills
? IT literate and confident learning new systems

This role is full time, (37.5hours per week) You will be required to work rotational evenings and weekends.
