The Telesales Executive plays an important role in Global 4 and Home Telecom. The Sales team make the biggest contribution in our 'New Business' efforts which are why a detailed initial and ongoing training programme is in place to maximise skills you already have and ensure you continuously learn new skills.

Basic Salary £19,000 - £21,000 epending on experience. (OTE exceeeding £30k)

Uncapped commission and an incredible bonus structure in addition to your salary.

No telesales experience necessary as full training will be given.

This role can be a fast track career route to Field Sales.

Hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm

Location Horsham, West Sussex

Job Role: You will be responsible for acquiring new business and calling existing customers.

  • Set appointments for the field sales team.
  • Build rapport with our corporate customers.
  • Exceptional training is offered to help you break into Telecom sales.

Training and Development:

Training will focus on product knowledge on broadband, telephone lines, calls costs, telephone systems and mobiles, alongside customer service training on call and objection handling.

Key Requirements:

No telesales experience necessary as full training will be given.

Excellent telephone manner.

Clear and confident telephone skills.

Enthusiastic, financially driven and focused.

Team player who enjoys working as part of a team.


Ability to think on your feet.
