Your new role
As CRM Executive, you will be responsible for helping drive customer retention through targeted communications across the different product portfolios. You will take ownership of the communications calendar across customer lifecycles, segments, products and brands. You will work with the team to conduct continuous competitor research and campaign optimisation, working across multiple channels and products.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have a minimum of 6 months' experience working in a CRM position with exposure to a CRM system/software. You will have excellent attention to detail, and be a confident and articulate communicator. The ability to speak Turkish would be advantageous.
