My client, a newly refurbished hotel in the Crawley area, is in search of an ambitious individual to join their team as a Junior Sous Chef.
You will be working with fresh ingredients to produce high quality dishes, consistently bringing new and inspirational ideas to the kitchen. You will need to be self motivated and passionate about food, with the ability to demonstrate strong leadership skills.
The Head Chef of this kitchen is dedicated to providing career development and progression opportunities for the right candidate.
Working hours will be 45 hours per week - working 5 days out of 7, to include weekends. The earliest start will be around 9.30am and latest finish should be 11pm.
