Are you an experienced Engagement lead with a background in Charities or not for profit. Do you have an keen interest providing support for individuals in need of advice? If so, read on!

A well known Financial Hardship charity based in Hammersmith are looking for a dynamic and passionate individual to join them as the Head of Engagement To lead the planning, delivery and evaluation of face-to-face services and lead an engagement programme with key audiences to support a range of services to help people experiencing financial hardship.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

1.Lead, plan, manage and evaluate face-to-face services
2.Manage the intermediaries workshop programmes
3.Oversee the development of the volunteering strategy and volunteer services
4.Play a lead role in the planning, development and evaluation of a range of programmes established to support people in financial hardship
5.Contribute to the planning, development and growth of services.

*Ability to plan, prioritise and deliver multiple projects and a work programme to agreed deadlines and budget
*PRINCE 2 or Agile project management qualification or equivalent training in project management
*Interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective, collaborative partnerships with other organisations
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to communicate and present with confidence to a wide range of individuals, organisations and the media
*Excellent analytical skills with the ability to present complex information in an easily readable format

*Ability to scope, plan and deliver public facing services
*Ability to commission and manage third party suppliers
*Understanding of project/programme evaluation methods
*Broad knowledge of the scope of the Third Sector.

*Experience of developing, delivering and/or commissioning learning support/training programmes, via different channels and to a range of individuals and organisations
*Experience of working collaboratively with other organisations and developing partnerships
*Experience of managing services delivered through third parties and volunteers
*Experience of managing an income and expenditure budget
*Experience of managing and developing a team

*Ability to travel to meetings across the UK
