Business Development Manager - Office Fit Outs
Opportunity for a dynamic and professional sales executive to join a well established commercial office interior, design and build, fit out organisation. We require and experienced business development manager, field sales executive, area sales manager, territory sales executive or account manager based in the Northern Home counties who has extensive sales experience within the office refurbishment / office interiors market place.
SALARY£35,000 - £40000 basic, £50,000 - £60,000 OTE open ended plus car, mobile and laptop.
LOCATION:This is a field based role requiring regular visits to the office in the Northern Home Counties. You could live in Luton, Stevenage, Bedford, Welwyn Garden City, Cheshunt, St Albans, Hatfield, Letchworth, Ware, Dunstable
This well established but expanding industrial and commercial fit out company are looking for a dynamic and experienced, structured field sales executive, area sales manager, territory sales executive or account manager to join its commercial office interiors re-fit division.
The service offered covers a full turnkey office re-fit, interiors solution and design service including partitioning, suspended ceilings, electrics, plumbing, building requirements and air conditioning in order to design offices, meeting rooms, reception areas, kitchens and bathrooms.
You will work closely with your internal support team who help generate leads and also with a team of 3D CAD Designers. You will feel comfortable working in a structured manner working in conjunction with the companies CRM system.
We are looking for an experienced sales person who is currently selling an internal office fit out concept. You will have an understanding of work place and space requirements, building regulations and an aesthetic appreciation of the clients expectations.
