Job Title: Graduate Business Development Executive

Salary: £19,500 (£30K OTE)

Your first six months will involve bespoke training – you will rotate around the business, learning about our client’s products and proposition. In shadowing client meetings, the successful candidate will have the best possible industry grounding. After this bedding in period, you will strategically generate business rapport with prospective clients. Following a clear progression path, this will organically lead to attending the meetings you schedule with a senior sales rep – with the view to managing, influencing in and delivering revenue from these client meetings independently.

The Role:

- Learn about our client’s product and proposition in order to best meet customer needs
- Shadow and assist senior sales staff at client meetings so as to gain a greater understanding of the sales process
- Strategically identify and generate customer leads – developing rapport with business by contacting key decision makers
- Progress to a point where you are liaising with key decision makers at client meetings independently – managing, influencing and developing relationships with them to drive revenue consistently          


- Educated to degree level
- A full, clean UK driving license
- Driven, ambitious, with fantastic interpersonal skills
