Deputy Manager - Modern Brasserie, Scotland

Salary up to £30k + Bonus

A prestigious operation based in Scotland is looking to recruit an enthusiastic and professional Restaurant Manager for a New Opening. The property is worldwide recognised and offers several F&B options. The ideal Manager will have bags of charisma, will lead by example and motivate the team on a daily bases. The role requires someone able to multitask and assist the business on an operational and financial prospect.

We are looking for a Manager experienced with a fresh produce and high volume Restaurant.

The ideal candidate will be a natural sales, confident and charming persona experienced with a similar role within the high end field.

Deputy Manager Responsibilities:

  • Oversea the flow of guests within the restaurant, helping the reception team on welcoming guests and explain the concept and menus
  • Manage the front of house team: assisting with recruitment, training and disciplinary decisions
  • Maintain ambience and smooth running of the service
  • Advising guests on menus and assist in event of complain
  • Make sure the operation is profitable: working on P&L, budget, cost control etc.
