PASTRY CHEF - £25,000 - super hotel -

A beautiful mansion house hotel where they cater for the award winning restaurant, the bar, afternoon teas and extensive conference and banqueting.

Currently they are seeking a talented Pastry Chef to take over the day to day running of the section. You will be in charge of the production of plated desserts for both the restaurant and banqueting and all afternoon tea products including cakes and scones.

There is a brigade of 6 chefs preparing contemporary British cuisine. Where possible they source local produce and the menus change regularly to reflect the seasons.

As Pastry Chef you will be involved in menu design with the Head Chef, stock control, and ordering for the section, training the junior members of the team and overseeing the production of all pastry goods to a minimum of 2 AA rosette standard.
