An exciting opportunity has arisen within a well established and forward thinking organisation for an experienced and driven Account Coordinator.
This is proactive role which will see you supporting both the Sales Specialists and customers, being the point of contact for queries and creating new sales opportunities through activities including calling customers to introduce the product and service, carrying out service reviews and care calls, arranging appointments for the Sales Specialists and coordinating any training sessions that are required for customers.
As there is a lot of outbound contact with customers, you will need to have a very customer focused approach to work combined with a professional and confident telephone manner. Experience of working within a similar role where you have been responsible for looking after accounts and assisting with building and developing of business is essential, as is excellent organisational skills, high attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
