Call Centre Team leader- Sales Team
£23,000 per annum plus commission

Working for a leading business you will manage a successful Account Management count development team to deliver growth and customer expansion

Duties will include:

*Team management including setting KPI's and targets
*Implement daily monitoring of volume sales calls
*Monitoring activity and performance
*Reporting the teams performance to senior management
*To act as escalation point for customer issues and complaints
*Be able to drive sales forward to reach target
*Ensuring sales conversations are at their optimum level
*Monitoring live sales calls and delivering training as well as ongoing mentoring
where required
*Conducting 1:1s and appraisals
*Motivating staff to achieve targets

It is essential that you have managed a sales or account management team within before. You will be target driven with an understanding of varying sales cycles. You will have excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate staff.
Experience within the education or public sector is preferred but not essential.
