Salary of £17000 - £19000.

Our client, an industry leader based in Leeds, is looking for talented Customer Service candidates to join their exciting, progressive and growing company.

They are looking for driven candidates who are able to work as part of a successful team, can facilitate change, adhere to regulations and talk to clients (finance professionals) in a confident manner.

This role would ideally suit candidates from an insurance, financial services or investment background. As well as any other industry that is heavily regulated.

Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate the following skills:

  • Answer enquiries whether received by telephone or e-mail.
  • Carry out identity verification checks
  • Seek to provide the broadest range of information
  • Work towards Key Performance Indicators
  • Keep customer records up to date
  • Complaint handling and escalation

The ideal candidate for this role will have previous experience in any of the following areas: accounts, administration, asset management, banking, customer service, dealing, finance, financial administration, fund administration, fund management, investment processing, investor relations, ISA administration, quality control, reconciliations, share dealing, shareholder liaison, or wealth management.
