Our client is looking for a dynamic and proactive individual with a background in Repair Management to assist the Team Leader in a senior role.

Responsibilities

Liaise with clients and garages to ensure minimal vehicle downtime after an accident,

Manage and drive SLA delivery continually utilising available MI

Act as a referral point for colleagues helping with Coaching, Training and development of direct reports

Skills

Previous experience in a similar role

Knowledge of Vehicle Repair Management/ Motor Claims

Microsoft Word / Excel knowledge

Feedback, Coaching and training delivery experience
