Print Project Coordinator
Location: Leamington Spa
Status Maternity Leave cover (9 months)

We are recruiting a Project Coordinator (Print) to be responsible for the project management and production of both planned and ad-hoc print marketing materials. This is a temporary nine month contract to cover Maternity leave but may be extended.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively manage the key account on a right first time basis
  • Project manage the production of general print marketing and larger-scale projects from initial request to deployment, ensuring production is running to schedule and deadlines are kept.
  • Liaise collaboratively with Print, Graphic Design, Content teams
  • Adhering to department`s proofing processes to ensure consistency, accuracy, integrity & quality of content
  • Liaise with suppliers for quotes and services where necessary
  • Maintaining online libraries, website downloads, processes and spreadsheets

Essential skills:

  • A background in print is highly desirable for this role
  • Well-organised
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills
  • Calm disposition with an ability to manage multiple projects
  • Flexible and resilient attitude and work ethic
  • A strong eye for detail
  • Experience using InDesign (desirable)
  • Experience using other Adobe creative suite programmes (desirable)
  • Proactive self-starter with a level of initiative and self-motivation

Who we're looking for: - a strong communicator, with the ideal candidate will have knowledge of print & graphic design within a managed print environment. They will have previously worked in a client facing role. A proven track record of understanding print projects and the administration that goes in to each project.
