Head of Sales (Wholesale) required for an iconic acesories / watch brand. The role will be based in Central London but will involve travel to Asia and the Far East.

The Brand are looking for an experienced, passionate Head of Sales who can open and expand the International market, particularly the Far East.

Duties include -

Strong forecasting and planning skills and inventory management.

Set monthly and annual sales targets to monitor sales performance.

Work closely with the Ecomm team to ensure global pricing consistency.

Develop appropriate go-to-Asia market approach by region and find ideal partners and customers to enter the markets profitably.

Develop and implement sales strategy.

Create reports regarding performance by account and market.

Support current and future retail accounts at all points in the sale process from sell-in and thereafter.

Identify key markets and create sales and distribution strategy by country for global business development.

Drive customer retention and sales growth.

Analyze details of sales territory to assess their growth potential and deliver to budget.

Requirements -

Must have an entrepreneurial spirit and a positive attitude, a desire to build a team, and grow and develop the business.

Must have experience dealing with top wholesale clients and dept stores and negotiating key terms.

Proven ability to position products against competitor landscape.

Must have existing contacts with international key accounts, department stores, agents, and distributors.

Proven track record opening new international accounts.

Strong understanding of apparel / fashion or accessories in the wholesale industry.
