Publisher Manager

Are you working somewhere really boring where you're doing really well but the team is just not fun, and work really does feel like a chore?

I can help you.

Are you currently working in a publisher account management position but not seeing any progression, or working on lower tier, smaller publishers?

I can help you.

Are you working in display advertising, maybe a bit of programmatic, but you think data driven targeting is really important (hint: it is) and want to dive more into that?

I can help you.

THE COMPANY

These guys… they're awesome. They're a fairly small, close knit team in the UK, but the company has offices worldwide. They all get on, they're a bunch of characters, and I sometimes wish I could work out of their office instead of mine. They're hiring some intelligent and inspiring people that you can learn from, and their MD is incredibly well respected - you'd be learning from the best.

They've got a really well regarded, really well received ad tech platform that takes search data from key partner websites in sectors such as flights/travel, retail, and maps, and uses this data to drive programmatically traded, contextually relevant, targeted adverts across a wide array of publisher sites. They are the leaders at what they do, and doing very well.

THE GOOD BITS

  • They are the only business doing this at this scale in the UK which means they have great traction with leading publishers. They're really well liked! This is shown by their 200% year on year revenue growth.
  • An amazing team where everyone is visible and accountable - your hard work will be recognised and rewarded
  • They ranked very highly (VERY highly!!) in the Startups 100 Awards last year and are multi-award winning in innovation and entrepreneurship as well. Just a great environment - great offices, fun and friendly team, great product. Summer parties, work hard, play hard.

THE ROLE

You'll be working with existing publishers to make sure everything's ok, negotiating deal terms with new partners, identifying new exciting publishers to become part of the network, and building and growing those relationships whilst ensuring everyone is happy.

You need experience in a digital role - ideally in publisher acquisition or publisher management, an understanding (and a desire to know more about) programmatic and wider ad tech, and a wicked sense of humour.
