These guys… they're awesome. They're a fairly small, close knit team in the UK, but the company has offices worldwide. They all get on, they're a bunch of characters, and I sometimes wish I could work out of their office instead of mine. They've got a really well regarded, really well received ad tech platform that takes search data from key partner websites in sectors such as flights/travel, retail, and maps, and uses this data to drive programmatically traded, contextually relevant, targeted adverts across a wide array of publisher sites. You'll be working with existing publishers to make sure everything's ok, negotiating deal terms with new partners, identifying new exciting publishers to become part of the network, and building and growing those relationships whilst ensuring everyone is happy.

You need experience in a digital role - ideally in publisher acquisition or publisher management, an understanding (and a desire to know more about) programmatic and wider ad tech, and a wicked sense of humour.
